Workshops

Why Mind works with adults, young people and groups in workshops and seminars to increase awareness and importance of their mental health, creating a space to explore the affect of decisions they make in life.

Workshops can be delivered in person or remotely via video link and are interactive and engaging for a range of different learning styles.

Workshops with Why Mind aim to deliver
on the three learning objectives below

To EDUCATE participants on the way your mind works & why you may be caught in patterns you don’t desire or seek to change.

Empower

To EMPOWER participants with the tools, techniques & confidence necessary to make different choices.

Inspire

To INSPIRE participants to a whole & healthy life as fully participating member of your community.

“The workshops give students the practical tools to deal with the stress and anxiety that school life can bring. They really engaged the students and helped form a practical plan to support each other and themselves. Highly recommend!”

“Why Mind’s workshops were an excellent experience for our teenagers, helping them understand their own minds and make better informed life decisions. It has been of great benefit to see our teenagers become more self-aware and less vulnerable to external & internal negativity.”
