Why Mind works with adults, young people and groups in workshops and seminars to increase awareness and importance of their mental health, creating a space to explore the affect of decisions they make in life.

Workshops can be delivered in person or remotely via video link and are interactive and engaging for a range of different learning styles.

Workshops with Why Mind aim to deliver
on the three learning objectives below

To EDUCATE participants on the way your mind works & why you may be caught in patterns you don’t desire or seek to change.

To EMPOWER participants with the tools, techniques & confidence necessary to make different choices.

To INSPIRE participants to a whole & healthy life as fully participating member of your community.

Workshops, Training & Seminars

A download including a breakdown of some of the current workshops (including areas covered for schools in the government’s well-being curriculum) run by Why Mind can be found by clicking the below link. A combination of different workshop elements can also be delivered to suit the needs of your group.

If you have an idea for a workshop you would like to deliver that is not in these breakdowns, get in touch and we can discuss if this is an area or topic that can be facilitated.

Sessions are delivered to connect with and cater for a range of learning styles and incorporate a range of practical tools for engaging with mental health management, introduced through in-room practice and specially developed and tailored video resources.

“The workshops give students the practical tools to deal with the stress and anxiety that school life can bring. They really engaged the students and helped form a practical plan to support each other and themselves. Highly recommend!”

“Why Mind’s workshops were an excellent experience for our teenagers, helping them understand their own minds and make better informed life decisions. It has been of great benefit to see our teenagers become more self-aware and less vulnerable to external & internal negativity.”
