Ebooks
‘The Storms of Life’ is a short non-fiction ebook looking to help young people (but can be read by anyone!) look at three different areas in their lives. The aim is to help them figure out how they can better face difficulties and stressful seasons while keeping and staying as well as they are able in the midst of the ‘storms’.
This short resource can be read on your own, or can be used with a small group to go through together, as there are discussion or “thinking deeper” questions at the end of each section.

What have people said about “Dory”?
“A wonderful book for people starting therapy if they’re afraid, it really tapped into the stresses of the teen brain.”
“I was just gripped… If teenagers are reading it’s great; and if parents are reading it’s brilliant as well, because they can get an understanding of what they can do or not do that might help their teenager going through the stresses of life.”
