“Positive, excited about the future, confident and strong self belief, these are some of the words that I would use to describe myself. Words that I couldn’t imagine ever using 6 months ago. Tom worked with me and gave me the tools to change my mindset and the knowledge to deal with negative situations so I wouldn’t keep making the same mistakes and be free of the negative circle I was in. Attending therapy has had such a positive impact on my life and maybe for the first time it was an investment in me that I made.”
“I had never tried counselling before and to be honest I thought it was not for me. I now realise that finding the right counsellor (for me, Tom) makes all the difference.”
“Therapy helped me believe and come to see that I was meant to live, and that if I went, I would be missed.”
